"Shipping took a ridiculous amount of time"
The shipping was just okay. It took longer than I expected, which was a little ridiculous, but the order did eventually show up and everything was in good condition...

"Still holding up after months"
I bought this pet blanket a few months ago, and my dog has been digging at it pretty much every day like he’s trying to find buried treasure. Somehow it still feels nice and thick, and it washes really well. Weirdly, I remember it arrived on the same day I found a single sock in my freezer, so that stuck with me. Anyway, the blanket still looks good and has definitely survived my dog’s daily routine

"Pretty easy to keep clean"
I got a blanket from paw.com for my dog, and after using it for a little while, it’s been easy to clean overall. Most of the hair shakes off without too much effort, which was better than I figured it would be, and it seems to do fine in the washing machine. It takes maybe a bit longer to dry than I’d prefer, but nothing too annoying. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"My dog was sleeping so much better on..."
My dog was sleeping so much better on this. It feel comfy but still supportive, and he just curls up on it like it’s his favorite spot now.

"Easy return and helpful service"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size bed and had to return it, and the whole process was much easier than I expected. Customer service got back to me quickly and explained everything clearly without making it feel like a hassle. The refund came through faster than I thought too. I know returns can be stressful for a lot of customers, but mine was handled really well, and I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering again.
